FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do Wi-Fi vouchers work?

Buy a voucher online or at a partner location, then redeem the code on the captive portal at that location. Your access window starts counting down the moment you first connect, not when you buy — so an unused voucher doesn't expire on a fixed date.

Where can I use a voucher?

At the specific location it was issued for — hotels, cafes, and other partner venues across Saint Lucia. Each voucher is tied to one location's network.

Do you offer home or business internet, not just vouchers?

Yes — direct fixed wireless internet installed at your home or business, currently focused on Castries. Pricing depends on your location and needs, so we quote it after a quick assessment. Ask on the Contact page.

What happens if the network goes down?

Like every provider in Saint Lucia, our service depends on upstream carriers, the local power grid, and weather. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and outages outside our control aren't refundable — see the Terms & Conditions for the full policy.

Can I get a refund?

If a voucher was purchased but never successfully redeemed because of a fault on our side, contact us and we'll extend, reissue, or refund it at our discretion. Full details are in the Terms & Conditions.

How do I become a vendor and sell AnchorPoint Wi-Fi at my venue?

Vendors host a voucher-based guest network at their location and earn a commission on every voucher sold there. Reach out on the Contact page to get set up, then manage sales from the Vendor Portal.

Is my information safe?

Redeeming a voucher only requires a name and one way to reach you (phone or email). See the Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect and why.

How do I reach support?

Call, email, or use the Contact page — we read every message.
